• After the download is complete, it should automatically un-stuff into a disk image file called 'WebPics for OS X.dmg'
• If the downloaded file does not automatically un-stuff, drop it on StuffIt Expander
• Double-click on the 'webpicsx.dmg' file to mount the image on the desktop
• Open the mounted disk and move the WebPics icon into your Applications folder and run it from there
